Tyler Howell brings a wealth of business, legal, and real estate experience to FULL STACK Real Estate.  In doing so, he prides himself on his ability to develop creative solutions to complicated issues for his clients.

REAL ESTATE

After undergraduate, and prior to law school, Tyler had a successful career in commercial real estate.  As a broker, Tyler negotiated countless commercial leases, and acquired some of the most sought-after listings in the Puget Sound.

Awards & Recognition

As the Director of Commercial Operations at a public title company, Tyler managed a team of escrow officers, handling the company’s most complicated transactions across the country.  As a result of this broad experience, Howell understands the entire real estate ecosystem and leverages that knowledge for his clients.

Most title and escrow issues that arise in a residential or small commercial transaction are not insurmountable.  However, having an advocate with a deep understanding of the nature of real estate and the title insurance process is a game changer.

CONSTRUCTION

Tyler put himself through undergraduate working as a carpenter and skilled laborer.  He has roofed houses, poured foundations, built decks, installed windows, and more.  Having hands on knowledge (literally) of how buildings are constructed allows Tyler to understand the most complex construction projects.

Why is knowledge of construction, the industry, and its processes matter when buying real estate?  Construction related litigation makes up a substantial portion of the litigation that arises out of the purchase and sale process.  With expert counsel, spotting these issues during the closing process makes litigation unnecessary, and results in a amicable transaction.  If the issue cannot be resolved during the closing process, terminating the purchase without liability is essential.

LITIGATION

After litigating numerous law suits between buyers and seller of residential property, Tyler created FULL STACK Real Estate to help his clients avoid litigation.   While Tyler has been named a Super Lawyer for Construction Litigation specifically, he now uses his litigation skillset to gain leverage for his clients in their real estate transactions.
